The International Gnome Society Emergency Response Team (IGSERT) and the Justice Department was put into place in
March of 2005. IGSERT is made up of five hundred members and is always prepared for an emergency situation. The IGSERT Head
Quarters is located in Moscow, Russia and is in the shape of the IGS as you can see in the picture above. The building was
completed in October of 2005.
Along with IGSERT HQ, IGSERT is incharge of manning and operating the
Security Bunker.
IGSERT oversees the day to day operations of the elite
SGS.
