Cheif Inspector Henkingugurgalar became Cheif Inspector and now Cheif Justice after IGSERT was started by Vans Putin. As we all know he is not the happiest fellow in the IGS. But some times he does look a little happy and he is not attacking people because they say his face is ugly after his plastic surgery (for the record the doctor did mess up in the plastic surgery and he does look gruesoome). He also solved the case about how someone stole the cookies from the bakey.
